Company mission
To help every company become great at hiring.
Role
Who you are
- A thoughtful storyteller - you propose the right packaging solutions and can turn an integration, a joint solution, or a co-sell motion into a simple “better together” narrative that resonates with customers and the field
- A cross-functional collaborator - you're comfortable partnering with Partnerships, Product, Sales, and Marketing, and can build alignment and influence strategy even without formal authority
- A structured executor - you bring order to ambiguous, fast-moving work — whether that's developing something net new, bringing a new partner launch to market, or a leading co-marketing campaign
- An invested team player - you’re engaged and energized by building something new, with a high degree of accountability to the successful outcomes as part of a broader team
- An AI adopter - you look for practical ways to use AI tools to move faster, freeing up time for the strategic and creative work that needs a human touch
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS product marketing, partner/channel marketing, or a closely related go-to-market role
- Exposure to partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing — you understand how stories differ from single-product narratives
- Solid cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams and moving projects forward without formal authority
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical or multi-party concepts (integrations, APIs, joint offerings) into clear, compelling language
- A data-informed mindset, using qualitative and quantitative inputs to prioritize work and demonstrate the impact of messaging and programs
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple partner initiatives and campaigns at once
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and a willingness to use them to work more efficiently, with good judgment about when human creativity and decision-making matter most
- Your own unique talents! Your background has given you a unique perspective and set of transferable skills that aren't always in alignment with a given role - but those are qualities we value at Greenhouse. If you don't meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, we still strongly encourage you to apply
What the job involves
- Own product marketing for partnerships, from pricing and packaging, positioning and messaging through launch and early enablement. Lead the GTM strategy and execution from end to end
- Help define buyer personas and value propositions for different partnership categories in collaboration with Strategy Development, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Develop messaging and joint value propositions for partner launches, campaigns, and co-marketing moments, making the customer benefit of each partnership simple and concrete
- Build and maintain sales enablement materials and customer-facing collateral that make it easy for field and partner teams to position and sell joint solutions
- Accountability to partnership performance as impacted by specific PMM metrics. Use insights to inform future packaging, messaging, and prioritization decisions
- Contribute a global perspective to messaging and enablement as our partner ecosystem and customer base expand internationally
- Additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require
Application process
- The anticipated closing date for this role is November 20, 2026
Our take
Quality candidates are in demand and have options. It's not easy for companies to make the perfect hire. They face recruitment challenges. Firstly, they have to find the right people to interview. And secondly, they have to demonstrate that they have the right job for them.
Greenhouse is a hiring software company that helps companies optimize their recruitment and become great at it. With over 7,500 customers, the company supports some of the world's most successful companies such as Buzzfeed, Booking.com, HubSpot, and J.D. Power.
In January 2021, TPG Growth acquired a majority stake in Greenhouse with an investment of approximately $500M to support their commitment to improve diversity and reduce inequality in the hiring process.
Since the acquisition, Greenhouse has experienced significant growth, increasing revenues from $86.4M in 2021 to $266.3M in 2024. Its fair to say, the company is seeing great success and it doesn't seem to be slowing down anytime soon.
