Sales Manager, Klaviyo

• Requiring at least 2 years of experience managing individual contributors, ideally in complex or enterprise accounts
• You’ll be adept at creating work-back plans, ROI reports, and managing security assessments and legal modifications
• Fluent in French, with experience managing and coaching AEs in multilingual settings, including Spanish and Italian-speaking teams
• Minimum 2+ years of experience managing AEs within a SaaS environment
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a diverse and high-performing team
• Proficient in data analysis and trend identification to assess rep performance
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in driving results

Desirable

• In this role, you will lead a new Southern Europe team consisting of French, Spanish, and Italian-speaking Account Executives (AEs) and be responsible for increasing our client base through inbound, outbound, and partner channels
• As our Sales Manager, you’ll recruit, train, develop, and support new and existing AEs to ensure they meet specific new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. This role reports to the Director of Sales

• You’ll also be responsible for training and developing your direct reports while staying on top of forecasts and key success indicators. You should have a proven playbook for managing 1:1s, weekly meetings, setting a consistent team cadence, and, most importantly, a strategy for generating outbound opportunities

• Conduct regular 1:1s with direct reports
• Ensure the accuracy of the forecast and key sales metrics
