Who you are
- This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in conversational AI, bot-building best practices, and technical integrations, who thrives in a customer-facing role
- 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant or in a similar customer-facing technical role
- Strong technical acumen, including experience with APIs, integrations, and bot-building platforms
- Proven ability to lead compelling product demonstrations and provide technical consulting
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in sales enablement, pre-sales consulting, or professional services is a plus
- This role is ideal for a customer-focused problem solver who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions

What the job involves
- Voiceflow is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to step in during a maternity leave period and provide expert customer engagement, technical consulting, and solution design for Voiceflow clients
- The right candidate will guide clients in maximizing Voiceflow’s capabilities, ensuring they can successfully design, build, and maintain LLM AI-powered conversational experiences
- Deliver engaging and informative product demos, tailored to customer needs
- Provide strategic guidance on bot-building best practices, conversational AI design, and Voiceflow’s capabilities
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions, advising on integrations, automation, and implementation best practices
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring they optimize their use of Voiceflow and drive business outcomes
- Support pre-sales and post-sales efforts, helping customers understand how to scale and maintain their conversational experiences
- Work closely with Customer Success and AEs to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support
- Collaborate with other members of the team to refine demo strategies and create scalable resources
- Collaborate with Sales to help scope technical feasibility and ensure alignment between customer needs and Voiceflow’s capabilities
