Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in product management, including experience working in a technical, data-driven environment. Must have a strong technical background
- Previous direct involvement in mobile device products and/or product development
- Good knowledge of mobile trends, tools and technical landscape and a genuine interest in the domain
- Experience of running experiments
- A track record of fast-paced delivery of features and an iterative test-and-learn approach
- Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent stakeholder management, ideally having worked in regulated environments, and can easily work with clinical, legal, data privacy, and security teams
- Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, technically conversant, and able to collaborate easily with engineers and designers
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Wearables team
- This team is building seamless and intelligent experiences for users across a wide range of wearable devices
- From fitness trackers and smartwatches to biometric sensors, we’re creating an integrated ecosystem that enhances user engagement and delivers real-world value
- You will own the end-to-end product strategy for wearable integrations and the user journey, from onboarding and data syncing to personalised insights and cross-platform experiences
- A key area of focus for this role will be defining and building a best-in-class Sleep user experience, creating algorithms and using existing data to deliver valuable insights, daily routines, and long-term behaviour change
- Define and execute a product roadmap that ensures that we reach users on all their favourite devices, that we drive users to discover our content and subscribe to our services
- Leverage platform-specific features like search, widgets and other tools to engage and retain users
- Work with leadership and key business & engineering stakeholders to make appropriate high-judgment trade-offs between features and speed-to-launch
- Create a longer-term strategy for data gathering and its usage to improve the accuracy of GenAI experience and ML algorithms
- Monitor device platforms and represent their roadmaps internally

Flo is an AI powered period tracking app that allows users to access health insights relating to their cycle by inputting experienced symptoms and cycle dates. AI is leveraged to improve the personalised predictions of upcoming symptoms or periods, allowing the platform to help predict irregular periods or highlight fertile periods in your cycle. They state that the app can also flag when symptoms might need medical attention.
What sets Flo apart from its competitors (Clue, Ovia, Glow) is its ability to change from a period tracker to a fertility tracker, and that it can even offer valuable insights postpartum. The app is the number 1 period tracker in the US by active audience and the most downloaded female health app worldwide, with over 50 million monthly users. In the wake of the 2022 Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, Flo has responded to its users' concerns by implementing an anonymous mode to prevent personal details being tied to fertility data.
Historically, it has proved difficult for companies to get funding for products aimed at women. Flo have managed to largely overcome this and secure significant investment in recent funding rounds. This will allow the company to focus on implementing proactive care solutions in the app amongst other developments to evolve the service offered.
