Senior Release Manager, Pointclickcare

• 8-10 years experience in Release Management with a deep understanding of software development and release processes
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Software Engineering
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate, communicate and negotiate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels (internal and external)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, including Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Technical knowledge of development tools and software

• Develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity
• Design and maintain performance metrics for the Release Management Process
