Senior Manufacturing Program Manager, Standard Bots

• 7+ years leading cross-functional programs to executive decisions in manufacturing/operations, corporate strategy or BizOps at a hardware company, or management consulting with genuine industrial exposure
• Demonstrated ownership of a complex, ambiguous effort driven from strategy through to an executable plan
• Financial-modeling fluency: breakeven, CapEx, unit economics, and enough M&A literacy (EBITDA multiples) to own and pressure-test a make-vs-buy model
• Executive communication: structured written synthesis and board-quality presentations
• Vendor and consultant management, scoping and holding external partners to budget and deadline
• Comfort operating without a playbook, at startup pace, with direct executive exposure

• Manage stakeholders and partners. Coordinate internal functions (engineering, supply chain, finance) and external partners and consultants; scope engagements and hold them to budget and deadline
• Quantify the decision. Build and own the financial models, make-vs-buy, CapEx, breakeven, unit economics that leadership decisions rest on
• Drive to a decision. Synthesize the work into executive-grade readouts and move leadership to a clear, timely call
