• You have experience in a people team, business operations, or consulting within a scaling environment, covering the full employee lifecycle (e.g., sourcing, onboarding, performance).
• You can simplify complex people concepts into clear content.
• You are data-driven with experience navigating large datasets (e.g, in Excel or Google Sheets).
• You are familiar with tools and systems commonly used in tech start-up environments, such as G-Suite, Miro, and Notion.
• You have strong visual communication skills and have experience using Miro or Canva.
