From the moment I arrived, everyone in my team has been supportive of the fact that I had plenty to learn as an industry outsider and have all worked tirelessly to bring me up to speed in the most positive way possible.

When faced with some challenges outside of the office, those above me couldn't have been more helpful, kind and understanding. They sincerely cared about how I felt and were patient with me in the process of getting better. Regular one on ones also help make me feel like my opinions are listened to/valued.

Any time I have submitted a story to my editor that has been to a high standard, I have always been congratulated/praised for doing so, which has worked wonders in making me feel like I know what I am doing and am here for a reason.

As a newcomer to the FinTech industry, With Intelligence has been a great introduction to this exciting and growing space. I've learnt a whole new skillset and have already experienced growth and opportunity within the company when I was promoted after 9 months.
