Talent Acquisition Specialist, Ketryx

• Proficiency in using an ATS (Greenhouse is a plus!), Google Workspace, and various online systems

• As our next Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll have the autonomy and support to tackle a wide range of responsibilities and make a tangible difference from day one
• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their staffing needs and develop a winning strategy to find exceptional candidates
• Be a proactive hunter, using your strong communication skills to cold call, engage, and build relationships with a diverse pipeline of candidates
• Strategically source talent through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, and referrals
• Own the full recruitment cycle, from reviewing applications and conducting initial screens to coordinating interviews and guiding candidates through the final stages
• Collaborate closely with our Senior People Operations Manager to refine our processes, implement best practices, and deliver key results that align with our ambitious company goals
