Role
Who you are
- 8+ years of relevant sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota as an Account Executive at the Enterprise level
- Thrive in high pace startup environments that require grit and resilience
- Experience closing new logo or expanding existing Enterprise customers
- Strong command of sales fundamentals, with the ability to coach and influence others
- Analytical and data-driven, using metrics to inform decisions, recommendations, and execution
- A problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with high ownership
- Experience selling to sales leaders (VP Sales, CRO, RevOps) as a Senior Sales Manager or Account Executive at a fast-paced SaaS company is a plus
What the job involves
- Nooks is seeking best in class Account Executives to join our Enterprise Sales team
- In this role, you’ll partner with some of the world’s largest and fastest-growing companies to fundamentally change how outbound sales gets done
- AI is transforming work, and sales is one of the first frontiers. While 90% of prospecting tasks can now be automated, the judgment, creativity, and relationships that drive great pipe gen remain human
- Nooks isn’t building AI to replace sellers. We’re building an AI-first Sales Engagement Platform (Dialer, AI Sequencing, AI Call Coaching, etc) to eliminate busywork and help sellers focus on what only humans do best
- You’ll be on the front lines selling into sales orgs, solving real revenue problems, and playing an instrumental role in helping other sellers be successful
- We’re looking for top-tier performers - reps who have consistently operated in the top 10% of their teams and are motivated by high standards and high impact
- Our Sales team is on fire, helping Nooks grow 4x in 2024 and 3.5x in 2025. You’ll step into a role with strong demand, high-usage customers, SDR support, and a proven leadership team invested in your growth at Nooks and beyond
- With industry-leading AE attainment (See RepVue), this role offers a rare financial opportunity for sellers who want to win in a high-performance environment
- Own pipeline generation through strategic outbound. We help customers enhance their pipeline creation, and we expect our sellers to lead from the front on strategic outbound
- Drive revenue growth by closing new opportunities across a wide range of industries
- Lead the discovery process. Curiosity is a core competency at Nooks, and our best sellers deeply understand customer problems before prescribing solutions
- Evangelize the Nooks platform and personally help close our largest Mid-Market deals, including expanding into new industries and use cases
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to drive customer outcomes and inform product direction
- Maintain full pipeline visibility, forecasting accurately and communicating deal progress at every stage
Our take
For many businesses, the rise in hybrid and remote working has lessened team building and collaboration within their teams. Nooks was founded in 2020, initially as a virtual space for sales teams to collaborate and work in real-time, and to feel like they're working in the same room as their colleagues.
Nooks evolved from that social workflow premise and developed an AI dialer to automate manual tasks for sales teams. It also has a "Call Analytics" tool for sales teams to transcribe, analyze and improve upon their calls. Meanwhile, its virtual salesfloor still makes collaborating, team building and training easier for virtual teams.
While Nooks is up against large workflow management platforms such as Slack, its tight focus on sales teams lets it stand out. This speciality has led to several rounds of funding for Nooks, two of which came in 2024 off the back of massive momentum and growth for the company.
