Role
Who you are
- We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and has a proven track record in sales optimization
- Proven Expertise in Sales Performance: You’ve successfully improved sales team performance through tailored training and optimization strategies
- Analytical & CRM-Savvy: You’re comfortable using data and CRM analytics to make informed, impactful decisions
- B2C Sales Process Optimizer. Experience standardizing messaging and enhancing communication strategies across teams
- Collaborative Team Player: Skilled in cross-departmental collaboration and communication
Desirable
- Experience selling into the US market
- Knowledge of the startup ecosystem and portfolio careers (e.g., Non-Executive Directors, Board Advisors)
What the job involves
- As a US Sales Performance Manager, you’ll take ownership of driving individual and team sales excellence. Your responsibilities include:
- Improving Sales Performance: Boosting the Average Performance per Rep through targeted strategies
- Onboarding & Probation Support: Accelerating new reps’ onboarding process to ensure they excel within their first 3 months
- Data-Driven Optimization: Leveraging analytics to refine messaging (sales pitches and nonverbal communication)
- Bespoke Training Plans: Developing flexible, individualized training programs to address specific performance needs
- Reducing Churn: Supporting reps on performance improvement plans to enhance retention
- Standardizing Messaging: Creating scripts and frameworks to unify sales communications
- Feedback & Development: Regularly reviewing calls and providing structured feedback for continuous improvement
- Team Training: Leading group training sessions in collaboration with sales managers
- Collaborative Projects: Partnering with marketing and operations to refine sales collateral and establish KPIs
