Who you are
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or the restaurant technology space, ERP enterprise solutions, etc
- Consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions that drive value
- Excellent negotiation skills and a creative approach to solving customer challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle objections effectively
- Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate revenue forecasting and timely follow-ups on all opportunities
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to pivot strategies to achieve results

- As an Mid-Market Account Executive at Deliverect, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing small to mid-sized restaurant and hospitality businesses
- Your focus will be on building strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers, understanding their operational challenges, and offering tailored SaaS solutions that improve efficiency and drive results
- This role is essential to expanding Deliverect’s footprint in local and regional markets
- Identify and engage high-potential businesses through targeted research, online tools, and strategic networking within the hospitality and foodservice industry
- Develop a strong understanding of the operational challenges faced by Mid-Market businesses, allowing you to clearly articulate how Deliverect drives efficiency, improves ROI, and simplifies order management
- Deliver value-based product demonstrations that directly address each prospect's pain points, showcasing the tangible benefits of Deliverect’s platform
- Communicate complex topics—such as APIs, POS integrations, and third-party delivery platforms—in a simple, relatable way that resonates with business owners and operators
- Confidently manage objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process to successful deal closure
- Partner with onboarding, account management, and support teams to deliver a seamless, end-to-end customer journey — ensuring each client experiences the full value of Deliverect from day one
- Occasionally travel to attend customer meetings or industry conferences

Restaurants typically work with a number of suppliers, but this can be hard to manage with antiquated and fragmented systems. Deliverect provides a way for companies to integrate online orders into their POS, streamlining the disparate aspects of food service and delivery onto one single platform.
Deliverect has over 10,000 customers, from household name like KFC and Taco Bell to younger restaurant chains like Dishoom. As one of many trying to capitalize on the rise in online food delivery, competition is hot. However, Deliverect has responded to this by constantly evolving and exploring migration into other sectors of hospitality.
This evolution has seen Deliverect invest in enhancing its services with more physical point of sale terminals and third-party service providers, as well as expanding into in-store management. It also acquired ChatFood, a leader in social media ordering, to solidify its already strong position and more recently, integrated with Uber Direct in Ireland to significantly expand its reach.
