- Ability to make smart choices with 60–70% data and pivot fast when needed
- Experience leading and sustaining high-velocity weekly or biweekly shipping cycles
- Comfort challenging ideas constructively, committing to choices, and executing independently
- Hands-on experience building AI features or working directly with AI coding tools
- Sharp written communication that empowers teams to move forward without needing a meeting

What the job involves
- Howspace is a SaaS company with a Learning & Enablement platform, helping mid-market companies run strategic change, leadership development, and organisational learning. We are at an exciting turning point: our engineering team is adopting AI tools to build features faster than ever, meaning we can ship and learn at incredible speeds
- We're looking for an experienced Product Manager who guides this momentum and directly shapes how quickly we bring new value to our users. You will own initiatives end-to-end - from customer problem to shipped feature to measured outcome
- Running fast discovery to map customer problems in days, instead of months
- Crafting precise specs so engineers and AI agents can execute flawlessly without getting stuck
- Driving day-to-day delivery and confidently making independent scope choices to keep things moving
- Defining what success looks like upfront and boldly evaluating the real results after launch
- Rallying sales, marketing, and CS to ensure your features create a massive commercial impact
- Ruthlessly owning your backlog, including confidently deciding what to stop doing
- Championing speed by making time-to-market and rapid learning your core quality metrics
- Seizing practical AI opportunities to elevate product usability and maximize user value
Application process
- We encourage you to send in your application as soon as possible, as we will go through the applications on an ongoing basis
Our take
With major clients including the United Nations, Howspace is a platform for companies who want to develop more digital engagement with their employees, especially in the remote and hybrid working world. With tools that help with company learning and education into its values and mission, change management, and strategic planning, Howspace unifies what is often a collection of unconnected tools.
As a more formalised and focused version of Slack, Howspace distinguishes itself in a crowded remote work tool marketplace with the use of background AI, helping to scale and facilitate remote interactions. Its various uses also help with employee onboarding and learning sessions, bringing a sense of unity to the remote work world.
Its founding dates back to 2008 so it’s no wonder that it took nine years to reach seed funding. As technology has caught up with its aspirations, Howspace received a total sum of $16.5 million between 2017 and 2021, when the remote work boom really took off, setting the company up very nicely for a promising future.
