Who you are
- You have been a player/coach who is passionate about people development, having a commercial impact and is ready to step up into a full leadership role
- You have high energy and are excited about the prospect of building new processes for a scale-up
- You have a proven track record of generating pipeline and closing new business revenue

- You are able to balance short-term execution with long-term planning to ensure both individual and team targets are consistently met
What the job involves
- You will work closely with Jack (Commercial Director) to help us drive commercial growth
- The role is leading and coaching a team of four Account Executives to consistently hit and exceed revenue targets through effective pipeline management, deal strategy, and skill development
- You will conduct 1:1 sessions, including pipeline reviews, offering clear, constructive feedback to optimise deal progression and boost team performance
- You will support with forecasting, and should be adept at predicting revenue outcomes based on team performance and pipeline health
- You will work cross-functionally with our brilliant Product, Marketing and Ops teams to improve ways of working and hit our objectives
Application process
- Exploratory call with Ben (UK S&O Manager), to understand your motivations, experience to date, & answer any initial questions you have (30 mins)
- Mock sales meeting with Maisy (BDR Lead) to test your core sales skills, including a follow-up written assignment (45 mins)
- Skills interview with Jack (Commercial Director) and Talveen (Ops Lead) where you will present your strategy for managing and optimising the performance of your team, including how you would structure the team activities, ensure target attainment, and drive success in the short and medium term (60 mins)
- Values interview with Caroline (Country Manager) to discuss what you might bring to the role, how you might embody our values, and any final questions from you (45 mins)
