Who you are

  • We’re looking for a player/coach with strong time-management skills, who is able to balance managing your own pipeline and leadership responsibilities effectively
  • You have been a player/coach before and are adept at chasing an individual target whilst motivating your team
  • You have a proven track record of generating pipeline and closing new business revenue
  • You are a team player with a collaborative mindset, who cares about the success of the team as much as individual results

  • You have high energy and are excited about the prospect of building new processes
  • You are data-driven, with a strong ability to use metrics and sales KPIs to drive decisions and improvements
  • You think strategically, balancing short-term execution with long-term planning to ensure both individual and team targets are consistently met

What the job involves

  • You will work closely with Jack (Commercial Director) and Patrick (Sales Lead - Mid-Market) to help us drive commercial growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who is hungry to learn
  • This role will be split as: 50% sales management and 50% AE
  • As a leader, you will set the standard by consistently demonstrating best practices in prospecting, pipeline management, closing deals and role modelling our values, and will be ultimately accountable for your team’s booked revenue
  • You will conduct 1:1 sessions, including pipeline reviews, offering clear, constructive feedback to optimise deal progression and boost team performance
  • You will regularly lead team meetings and coaching sessions, ensuring that everyone is aligned on goals and consistently progressing towards key objectives
  • You will support with forecasting, and should be adept at predicting revenue outcomes based on team performance and pipeline health

Application process

  • Exploratory call with Claudia (UK People Partner), to understand your motivations, experience to date, & answer any initial questions you have (30 mins)
  • Mock sales meeting with Patrick (Sales Lead) to test your core sales skills, including a follow-up written assignment (45 mins)
  • Skills interview with Jack (Commercial Manager) and Ed (Senior Renewals Manager) where you will present your strategy for managing and optimising the performance of your team, including how you would structure the team activities, ensure target attainment, and drive success in the short and medium term (60 mins)
  • Values interview with Caroline (Country Manager) to discuss what you might bring to the role, how you might embody our values, and any final questions from you (45 mins)
