Advanced language skills in English plus fluent Norwegian, Swedish or Danish

What the job involves

Workday is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our expanding Nordics team here in our Dublin offices
We are looking for driven individuals to be able to proactively build relationships with new customers for Workday, dealing closely with our accounts management team based across EMEA to develop sales activity
This role will give you excellent exposure working with other departments within Workday such as Sales, Marketing, Operations and other departments when required
In this role, you will apply your consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors
Success relies on using effective selling strategies to optimally position Workday as a viable alternative to legacy solutions, while educating the market on our technology and applications
You will help generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into enterprise companies
Every teammate attends a new-hire induction day and will undergo certifications during the role in addition to their ramp up
The team is made up of individuals from all over the world, forming a multicultural work environment and a very fun social scene that’s accommodating for all
