Who you are
- If you have 7-10 years of wildly successful experience selling to large enterprises and have also been on the journey of building a growth stage company...you may be the one!
- Minimum of 7-10 years in Enterprise Sales focused on large enterprises
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota in technology sales
- Deep understanding of the networking and security industry, products,
- Competitors, history, emerging trends, and changing marketplace
- Experience in selling Enterprise software with an ARR model preferred
- Must be able to communicate business and technical value to all levels of
- Management
- Excellent communication and listening skills; persuasive
- Background in IT infrastructure
What the job involves

- Own the development and execution of your sales strategy in territory that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
- Identify and qualify leads, and generate new Fortune 1000 opportunities in order to achieve quota on a quarterly and annual basis
- Build strategic working relationships with clients, maintaining a high level of face-to-face contact
- Analyze potential sales opportunities by using data analysis and segmented research to identify the attributes most valued by our potential clients
- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and maintain a client database
Our take
The rapid flow of data from inside and outside organisations has rendered top-down planning difficult, and often ineffective, especially in an enterprise network setting. Forward Networks provides a solution by creating digital twins of a company's network architecture so planners and developers can see how their activities will affect operations across the entire network.
Although digital twinning is relatively new, there is already intense competition for this space. Forward Networks has carved out a unique niche in focusing on enterprise networks rather than the organisation as a whole, a focus which is needed given the complexity of modern hybrid networks which can span several cloud environments.
In 2023, Forward Networks completed a Series D funding round led by MSD Partners, with participation from Goldman Sachs, one of its long-term customers. This investment has supported the business in further developing its product, expand the services available to its customers, and scaling its core team.
