- Achieve proficiency in our client portal and CRM tools to manage client interactions independently
- Contribute to our enrollment and scheduling goals, ensuring clients are matched with their ideal provider efficiently
- Understand the key reasons people do not enter into care, and effectively address them as a means of ensuring progress
- Consistently maintain high-quality and responsiveness standards in client communication
Our take
Two Chairs is a digital therapy platform that matches clients with therapists based on their medical history, preferences and goals. Unlike many digital-only tools, the company operates a network of physical clinics in the San Francisco Bay Area where patients can receive in-person consultations.
It's part of a growing generation of mental health startups that are seeking to disrupt a costly and highly fragmented sector of the healthcare industry. Two Chairs is focusing on matching as a key differentiator, as it believes finding a good match is the best leading indicator of success in therapy.
A core challenge for Two Chairs will be growing its brick-and-mortar footprint. Growing a network of physical clinics will be capital-intensive and not as scalable as digital alternatives (the company faces competition from the likes of Basis, Wisdo, Aura, and more). But the company has enjoyed considerable success in funding rounds, and its 2024 investment is being used to hire more therapists, expand into new territories, and finesse its technology.
