Who you are

3–5 years of experience in events marketing, field marketing, or a related B2B
Marketing function — ideally in tech or SaaS
Proven track record of independently managing the logistics and execution of
Trade shows, conferences, or large-scale customer events
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events and
Competing deadlines without dropping detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with
Vendors, executives, and customers alike
Data-driven mindset — comfortable measuring event impact and using insights
To refine strategy
Experience with marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and
Design tools (Canva, Figma) preferred
Willingness to travel as needed
Bonus: experience working with Fortune 500 clients or in a high-growth startup environment

About the Role Ivo is rapidly expanding across global markets, and our events program is a major driver of that growth — attracting top Fortune 500 companies through our presence at national and international conferences
We're looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Events Marketing Coordinator to help scale our event strategy and execution
Partnering closely with the Events Marketing Manager, you'll own key workstreams across a dynamic calendar of 100+ events in 2026 - from high-energy user conferences to exclusive, invite-only customer experiences
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can independently manage complex event logistics, and wants their work to directly influence pipeline, brand, and customer relationships at one of the fastest-growing companies in AI
Own the end-to-end execution of select events, including trade shows, conferences, and partner activations
Lead pre-event marketing campaigns, attendee engagement strategies, and brand promotion across digital and social channels
Manage vendor relationships, budgets, shipping, booth design and setup, and on-site logistics
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, design, sales, and customer success to deliver a cohesive and compelling brand experience
Drive post-event follow-up workflows, pipeline reporting, and performance analysis to measure event ROI and inform future strategy
Capture and produce content, photos, and insights from events to amplify Ivo's brand across channels
Mentor and support junior team members, helping scale the events function as the program grows

An enterprise's contracts can be a key source of information to support better, faster decision-making, but extracting insights from them can be cumbersome due to their structure and complexity. One of Ivo's co-founders experienced this complexity first-hand, which is why the company was created to help streamline these workflows.

Whilst traditional contract workflows can slow down business, and even introduce more risk, Ivo's approach leverages AI to automate contract insights at scale. Its platform can review agreements, benchmark, uncover relationships between contracts, answer complex contract questions, and more.

Through this, Ivo reduces the workload for teams, so they can focus on actually creating value for the business. The platform is utilised by teams at IBM, Uber, Shopify and Canva, and the company has raised substantial funding to support accelerated product development and the building out of its team.
