Who you are
- 4+ years of experience in client success, strategic account management, consulting, partnerships, or a related customer-facing commercial role in a fast-paced technology, ecommerce, media, ticketing, travel, payments, or adjacent environment
- Strong technical and commercial acumen, with the ability to lead sophisticated product conversations, interpret data, partner cross-functionally with Product / Ops / Solutions / GTM, and translate complexity into clear client-facing recommendations
- Exceptional organizational and program management skills, with a proven ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams, maintain high standards under pressure, and create better process and operating rhythm in ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build trust with senior client stakeholders, influence cross-functional partners, and handle difficult or high-stakes conversations with composure
- Bonus: if you are fluent in German and/or French
What the job involves
- This role sits within our Strategic Key Accounts team in London.
- As a Strategic Account Manager, you will act as a quarterback across product development, commercial strategy, and project execution: driving measurable growth, expanding product adoption, and building durable executive relationships across a variety of complex, fast-moving accounts.
- This is a high-impact, high-trust, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, uses AI as a force multiplier, and brings the organization, commercial acumen, and technical fluency required to keep multiple workstreams moving with precision while helping Rokt deepen its foothold across the full Transaction Moment™
- Own day-to-day strategic account management for your book of business, driving measurable growth, partner health, and expansion across multiple Rokt products
- Act as the quarterback across internal and external stakeholders, coordinating product, commercial, operational, and technical workstreams to ensure fast, precise execution
- Lead account planning and execution through disciplined use of Mutual Action Plans, Joint Business Plans, QBRs, and ongoing executive engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including navigating high-pressure conversations with credibility, clarity, and commercial rigor
- Use data, structured analysis, and AI-enabled tools to identify growth opportunities, improve program management, accelerate decision-making, and continuously optimize account outcomes
