Who you are
- Based in London, UK
- Strong existing relationships with regional Cloud/DevOps/Reseller partners
- Minimum 5 years partnerships experience
- Background at a digital-native company, startup, or ISV – someone who has seen a partner ecosystem being built and wants to build one themselves, rather than someone coming from a large enterprise environment
- Experience selling to DevOps/Engineering personas
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Hunger for a fast-moving, agile, and scaling work environment
- Hard-working, independent, and self-driven work ethic – open to learning and feedback, yet reliable and independent in execution

- Love of process, sales, wins, and challenges – driven by overcoming obstacles
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to create engagement in a meeting
What the job involves

- This role is primarily focused on EMEA North, with room to expand into Central, with room to grow into wider EMEA over time
- You’ll be building the partner ecosystem for the region almost from the ground up – while the team and relationships already exist, this is very much a hunter role, focused on creating new go-to-market motion through the right partners
- Building, almost from the bottom up, our partner and reseller ecosystem across all partner types
- Creating partnerships with companies such as resellers, MSPs, and DevOps consultancies
- Driving toward a regional, active, working, and scaling pipeline of partner-sourced opportunities that impacts company-wide revenue results
- Collaborating across every part of the company – sales and SE teams, marketing and events, R&D and product, finance and legal

Our take
Managing cloud deployments effectively to control costs has become a priority for organizations of all sizes. Cast AI drives cloud optimization and cost reduction by using AI and machine learning to analyze a company’s cloud environment to identify the resources required for maximum performance.
Cast AI’s platform supports all three major cloud service providers; Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Amazon Web Services. When cloud providers have unused machines they are typically discounted by 60-70%, however, if AWS (for example) needs that machine back, they give little warning before reclaiming it. Cast AI is able to automatically detect this, and immediately replace it, meaning companies using its platform will never experience an outage of discounted machines.
As more enterprises embrace cloud and AI technologies, Cast AI has continued to strengthen its position through global expansion and enterprise adoption. The company recently introduced OMNI Compute, a unified compute control plane designed to optimize workloads and PGU usage across cloud providers, while also surpassing a $1B valuation following strategic investment to support its long-term growth and international expansion.
