Role
Who you are
- We are looking for an incredibly driven and ambitious individual to supercharge our London-based operation at Fuse
- You are hungry, astute, and ready to roll up your sleeves, with 0-2 years' work experience
- Swiss army knife. You are a generalist with a technical background. You love picking up new skills and applying them to new problems
- Sees both forest and the trees. You can sift through the noise, identify key details, and communicate them clearly to people who have zero context
- Self-starter. You are high-agency and you question the world around you. You may be looking to start your own company in the future
- Bachelors degree from a top university in STEM with coding experience
- Track record of exceptional achievement
- Relentless approach to solving problems
- Very clear communicator
- Comfortable learning quickly and iterating
- Ability to work well individually or in a team
- London-based or willing to relocate
What the job involves
- You will be part of a lean, high intensity team, and get direct exposure to high performers coming from Revolut, Tesla, Citadel, & Jump Trading
- Analysts work across the business to deliver our core products to customers
- This includes the scoping, modelling, and design of new products and business lines, including entry into new markets
- It can also involve building the physical capacity pipeline and trading infrastructure necessary for our energy supply business
- Analysing and optimising our core supply operations: from energy trading to our finance function
- Building and pricing innovative products and working on strategy to deliver them
- Expanding our operations to other markets, breaking down the business and regulatory environment in each jurisdiction
- Sourcing & negotiation of contracts with our partners to achieve business goals
