• This pivotal role focuses on ensuring strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and efficient accounting operations
• Leadership & Management: Takes responsibility for quality of work product, including both success and failures
• Operations Excellence: Drive best in class processes such as the financial statement close, inventory, fixed assets, compensation accounting, debt and compliance, accruals and leases
• Internal Controls: Develop and maintain robust internal controls, ensuring adherence to company policies and mitigating financial risks
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial practices comply with accounting standards, laws, and regulations
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy within the corporate accounting function and the border organization
