Role
Who you are
- Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably working on new third-party integrations and public APIs
- Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication methods, data models, and developer ecosystems
- Integration Expertise: Experience launching and managing third-party integrations with CRMs, ERPs, PMS, EHR, or other B2B software
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure platform adoption
- Communication & Collaboration: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for cross-functional teams and external partners
- Entrepreneurial Instincts: Demonstrated ability to lead new initiatives with limited resources, showcasing a bias for informed action
What the job involves
- We are seeking a Platform Product Manager to lead the execution of our third-party integrations, APIs, and technical platform capabilities
- In this role, you will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and external partners to build scalable, high-impact integrations that power Pearl’s core products
- You’re a tech savvy, strategic thinker who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and enabling seamless connectivity between our products and the Dental software ecosystem
- Integration Development: Collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, and maintain third-party integrations that improve customer workflows and unlock new potential customers
- Technical Product Leadership: Translate business needs into well-scoped, technically sound requirements that guide engineering teams to deliver robust solutions
- Scalability & Security: Work closely with engineering to ensure API reliability, security, and compliance with industry best practices
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal product teams, sales, and partnerships to prioritize integrations that drive business value and enhance the customer experience
Our take
There is an inconsistency in dentistry on how dental issues are diagnosed. Traditional methods rely heavily on a dentist's judgement, making it hard to ensure truly accurate results. This can lead to incorrect or missed diagnoses, affecting patients' care and trust in dental professionals.
To tackle this, Pearl uses advanced AI technology that helps dentists read X-rays more accurately and consistently. Its AI tools provide real-time assistance by offering clear, data-driven insights for better diagnoses that can be communicated more effectively to patients.
Its technology is approved for use in over 120 countries and is recognized as one of TIME's best Inventions. Recent backing fuels Pearl's plans to further develop its AI tools and expand its impact worldwide. This funding will also help create more features like 3D disease detection.
