Finance & Accounting Manager, PermitFlow

• 3 to 6 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Experience with AR, AP, or billing operations
• Exposure to month end close or financial reporting
• Basic understanding of revenue recognition and accounting principles
• Experience working in a startup or fast paced environment is a plus
• Comfortable working in spreadsheets and finance tools
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to own work end to end
• Clear communicator who can work with non finance teams

• We’re hiring a Finance & Billing Manager to own and support our core finance operations as we scale
• This is a high impact role working closely with the founders and external partners to keep our financial systems accurate, organized, and ready for growth

• You’ll be hands on in the day to day, while learning how to build better processes, reporting, and systems over time
• You'll support and help manage month end close, including reconciliations across revenue, billing, and cash
• Own day to day accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
• Work closely with outsourced bookkeeping partners to ensure accurate financial records
• Help improve billing, collections, and expense workflows
• Maintain and use finance tools across billing, payments, and spend management
• Assist in building budgets, forecasts, and reporting for leadership
• Track key financial metrics and help surface insights to the team
• Support compliance, audit readiness, and internal controls
• Partner cross functionally with operations and leadership on financial processes
