Who you are
- Executive Leadership Experience: Demonstrated track record of leading complex initiatives, consulting strategy, or strategic alliances at a VP+ level in function (not necessarily title)
- Working Leader: You are hands-on and enjoy doing the work, being the one in the room with partners and customers, and actively driving the action externally
- Commercial Partnership Acumen: You know how to move from relationship-building to monetization. You have developed joint GTM motions, influenced or sourced enterprise pipeline, structured commercial partnerships, and created the operating cadence required to turn strategic alliances into sustained growth
- Executive Relationship Builder: You build credibility quickly with senior executives and practitioners alike and maintain relationships that create access, trust, and opportunity over time. You understand that the best partnerships are built through mutual value—not transactional asks
- GSI & Cloud Ecosystem Collaboration: Proven ability to navigate the strategic, commercial, and operational dynamics of premier GSIs (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, Slalom) and hyperscale cloud providers
- Outcome-Driven Focus (Relentless to Outcomes): Highly execution-oriented with an unwavering commitment to achieving clear business impact. You set high standards for joint GTM motions and persist through complex enterprise sales cycles to deliver measurable revenue growth and customer success

What the job involves
- Amperity is seeking a strategic, collaborative, customer-obsessed leader to serve as our Head of Partnerships
- This role sits at the critical intersection of our ecosystem strategy, commercialization plan, and sales organization
- You will guide our relationships with Global System Integrators, Frontier Model Providers, ISVs, and Cloud Data Warehouses, and Cloud Service Providers – transitioning traditional co-selling into deeply integrated, product-led Go-To-Market (GTM) motions that create measurable customer and commercial value
- In this position, you will combine high-level alliance leadership with a deep understanding of modern product ecosystems and a strong instinct for turning relationships into repeatable growth opportunities
- As Amperity enters its most exciting chapter yet and transforms to an AI-first company—putting autonomous agents at the center of customer data to make AI truly trustworthy—you will identify where Amperity and its partners can create differentiated solutions, open new routes to market, and accelerate revenue together
- You will serve as a trusted guide spearheading modern data infrastructure: architecting co-innovation frameworks, building repeatable alliance motions, enabling our GSI and cloud partners to deliver transformative, AI-grounded customer experiences on the Amperity platform, and converting our strong existing executive and ecosystem relationships into durable commercial outcomes
- Product-Led Alliances: Drive shared growth and high-value strategic pipeline by positioning Amperity as the foundational CDP layer within key partners' architecture blueprints across the AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks ecosystems
- Commercialize the Ecosystem: Turn strategic relationships into scalable revenue motions. Identify where partner capabilities, customer needs, and Amperity’s platform intersect; develop joint value propositions, routes to market, pipeline-generating programs, and commercial models that produce measurable sourced and influenced revenue
- Relationship-Led Growth: Build trusted relationships with senior partner leaders, practitioners, and field teams—and translate those relationships into access, advocacy, customer introductions, joint account strategies, and long-term strategic advantage
- Co-Innovation & Framework Design: Collaborate with technical and business leaders to build creative commercial frameworks, including partner-led pilots, OEM opportunities, consumption-based models, and custom service offerings
- Ecosystem Alignment: Serve as the strategic and technical bridge driving Amperity’s Product, Engineering, and Solutions Architecture teams with peer leadership across our partner network
- Deal Acceleration & Advisory: Offer high-level guidance on strategic deals, empowering account teams and partner leaders with cohesive narratives that resolve legacy data silo challenges
- Executive Mentorship & Advocacy: Represent ecosystem partnerships internally—working alongside Legal, Finance, and Product while mentoring cross-functional teams on partner engagement
