What the job involves
- Captions is hiring a Strategy and Operations Associate to join our team and drive critical projects across the company
- As our first hire in the function, you’ll work closely with leadership to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, research growth opportunities, and implement new processes
- No two days will be the same, and you’ll have the chance to work on a range of challenges while collaborating with teams across the company to make a meaningful impact
- Facilitate cross-functional planning processes, working closely with leaders in finance, marketing, and product management
- Execute ongoing reporting of OKRs and KPIs across the company, developing dashboards and presenting insights to leadership
- Conduct in-depth market research, including competitive analysis and customer insights, to inform long-term strategy
- Analyze and report on performance metrics across the company, creating dashboards and presentations to provide insights for leadership
- Use data to identify opportunities to drive operational efficiency, and implement solutions to enhance productivity through process improvement and automation
- Implement scalable systems and processes to support new sales function, including CRM optimization, sales analytics, and pipeline management
- Develop business cases and project plans for new strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals
- Complete research and analysis to inform core business decisions, such as pricing optimization
- Build financial models to assess new opportunities and provide data-driven insights for decision-making
