Who you are
- You bring 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. Consulting/Product/Partnership teams in start-ups)
- Languages: You speak a relevant language to the geography of the role - Ukrainian or Polish
- You have a working knowledge of APIs and integration technologies, or a strong technical acumen and the ability to pick up technology quickly
- You naturally build strong commercial and technical relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- You possess strong data analytics skills, enabling you to derive valuable insights to drive business decisions
- You are effective in cross-functional project management, collaborating closely with both product and engineering teams
- You have a strong attention to detail, you often find bugs or mistakes in products and proactively fix them
What the job involves
- Distribusion is quickly expanding globally and looking for a Junior Technical Partnerships Managers to join the Carrier Operations team to drive performance improvements of key carrier partnerships
- Provide technical consultation to new partners during product implementation to ensure certification standards are met, and take responsibility for the support and growth of a portfolio of leading transport operators
- Define and execute growth initiatives of both commercial and technical nature, coordinating with external and internal stakeholders across integrations, product, business development, and finance teams
- Conceptualize and implement operational processes and tooling targeting automation
- Build relationships to enhance engagement with our product, guiding development for our core offerings and increasing stickiness to our brand

Our take
The problem that Distribusion is aiming to solve is that the reservation systems of the various bus travel providers are disparate, meaning that, in order for travel agencies to sell intercity bus tickets, they have to connect to and maintain multiple reservation systems.
To solve this, Distribusion has built what it calls a GDS (global distribution system) for intercity and airport shuttle bus products. This includes offering an API, white label solution, and widget to enable travel companies, and their customers, to interface with a plethora of intercity bus products from a single source. The result is an extra revenue stream for airline and travel industry partners and a seamless booking experience for customers.
Since pre-2020, the company has achieved an impressive 10x growth in passenger numbers and it plans to connect 100M passengers per year at the end of 2024. New Series C funding will help the company invest in the expansion of more carriers and geographies, whilst developing technology to advance its retailing capability.
