• The Software Implementation - Solution Architect is responsible for designing, documenting, and delivering end-to-end technical solutions that support utility digital transformation initiatives and align with customer business objectives, technical ecosystems, and operational requirements
• This role partners closely with customers, Product, Engineering, and Customer Operations teams to develop scalable, innovative solutions that create measurable value for utility organizations and their field operations
• This individual serves as a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve successful business outcomes through strategic solution design and technical leadership
