Our take
In the energy industry, there is a need for more efficient and streamlined business processes. Companies in this sector often struggle with managing complex procurement, production and distribution tasks, which can be time-consuming and costly.
Enverus has developed an energy-focused SaaS platform that leverages generative AI to address these challenges. The platform provides users with real-time analytics, insights, and connections that help companies optimise their operations, from sourcing suppliers to managing production and distribution.
In 2025, Blackstone agreed to acquire Enverus, which will help the company accelerate operations scaling and strengthen its existing solutions. This move marks an important step in its journey to becoming a leading provider of end-to-end business automation solutions for the energy industry.
