Senior Customer Success Manager, Monta

• You love a fast-moving environment. When priorities, products and processes shift, you get energised, not rattled
• You’re brilliant at bringing people with you. You build strong relationships across teams and know how to get things moving for your customers
• You figure things out. You dig into the Monta Hub on your own and break through blockers without waiting to be shown the way
• You’re excited about AI and Claude, and you’re always looking for new ways it can change how you and the team work
• Experience integrating AI workflows into product, engineering, or operational processes (e.g., automated QA, AI-driven dashboards, AI-assisted customer support)
• If the mission excites you but your experience isn’t a perfect 1:1 match, apply anyway. We care about potential, not perfection

• This is a fast-moving place. The problems are hard, the pace is quick, and the bar is high. If you like real ownership, figuring things out, and seeing the direct impact of your work, you’ll do well with us
• AI is built into how we work. It helps us ship faster, make better decisions, and stay lean. Everyone at Monta is expected to use AI tools thoughtfully, and to find smart ways to use them to move the work forward

• You’re the Monta Hub guru. Customers come to you to get more out of the platform, and you’ve got them using features they didn’t know they needed
• Your book is growing. Expansions closed, renewals locked in, tough negotiations handled with confidence, and escalations a rarity because you saw issues coming a mile off
• Get under the skin of your customers’ businesses. Build strategic account plans that connect what they do with Monta to where they want to go, and get out on the road to see them around the UK & Ireland 2-3 times a quarter
• Turn customers into Hub power users. Enable and coach them on the Monta Hub so they get more value, faster, as the platform evolves
• Clear the path when things get stuck. Jump on customer blockers and rally Support, Product and Sales to fix them fast
• Spot and run expansion deals from first signal to signed contract in HubSpot. Scope the full opportunity and advise on what’s possible
• Own renewals and commercial negotiations, including the complex, multi-stakeholder ones that need a cool head
• Keep your finger on the pulse of your book. Report clearly on account health and get the right attention on accounts before small issues become big ones

• We usually respond within two weeks
