- 7+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role within the B2B tech industry
- BA in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, email, social media, content marketing)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
What the job involves
- Bringg is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to implement, execute, and optimize integrated GTM campaigns that drive lead, pipeline and revenue generation.
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand gen initiatives across digital advertising (PPC), content syndication (CPL), email, social media, content marketing, webinars, field marketing events, and trade shows/conferences that drive net-new leads and existing lead engagement
- Create and manage integrated campaign calendars to ensure timely execution and coordination
- Communicate cross-functionally with the greater marketing org, sales and account teams, and key stakeholders about campaign goals, progress, and results
- Partner across the Marketing organization to map demand generation activities to ICP’s, track and analyze campaign performance, and test messages
- Partner with sales leaders to develop and communicate integrated campaign plans, expectations, and results to commercial teams
- Develop lead-nurture campaigns to maintain and increase lead engagement through the revenue funnel
- Continuously test and optimize marketing tactics to improve performance
- Manage lead-acquisition tools, third-party CPL vendors and sponsored content programs
