Role
Who you are
- We are looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our NuOrder team
- 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in roles where you interacted with senior leadership
- Experience in fashion (showrooms, brands, wholesale) strongly preferred
- Experience working in a target-based environment
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills, including strong listening, verbal, and written communication
- Experience in retail preferred
What the job involves
- You’ll help drive revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, lighting the way as the first point of contact that our potential customers will have throughout their experience with NuORDER by Lightspeed
- Drive new business growth, within our brand segment
- Connect with top executives from brands in North America
- Identify customer needs to determine if NuORDER could be a good fit
- Prospect, engage, nurture, and qualify new leads via phone, email, and linkedin messaging
- Collaborate with the Account Executive team on discovery calls
- Assist management with iterating on outreach best practices, messaging, and developing new strategies to grow our sales pipeline
- Working cross functionally with marketing on campaigns & events
- Working cross functionally with the retail team on cross/ upselling opportunities
- Over time, mentoring new SDRs as we expand the team
