Role
Who you are
- 10+ years in product marketing within B2B SaaS, including leadership experience
- Deep expertise in positioning and messaging. You’ve built it from the ground up and validated it in market
- A track record of sales enablement that drove measurable impact on deals and revenue
- Experience building competitive intelligence programs that influence strategy and sales behavior
- Strong vertical or segment GTM experience
- Experience in identity, security, fintech, or related space is a plus
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with a high bar for quality
- Proven ability to operate as a true partner to Sales and Product

- This is a high-impact role at a pivotal moment: a vertical go-to-market motion is being built, and the company is sharpening its focus on segment-driven growth. Product Marketing sits at the center of it all and owns positioning, enabling Sales, shaping vertical strategy, and driving how our products go to market
- This is a build-and-elevate role. You will bring structure, clarity, and commercial impact to a function that is critical to Veriff’s next stage of growth
- Reporting to the CMO, you will lead a lean PMM team and operate as a true partner to Sales and Product. You will turn Veriff’s technical differentiation into clear, compelling stories that win deals, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen our position in the market
- Own Veriff’s messaging architecture from company narrative to product, persona, and vertical levels
- Translate technical differentiation into clear, buyer-facing value that resonates with enterprise customers
- Ensure consistency across sales conversations, content, and market-facing communications
- Define ICPs, personas, and jobs-to-be-done that are actionable for Sales and Marketing
- Own the strategy and output for sales enablement, with a clear focus on improving win rates and deal velocity
- Build and maintain a focused, high-impact content set: core pitch, vertical narratives, competitive positioning, and objection handling
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to align on priorities and continuously improve what’s used in the field
- Drive adoption through training, onboarding, and tight feedback loops
- Own Veriff’s competitive strategy, tracking positioning, product evolution, and win/loss dynamics
- Translate insights into clear, actionable guidance for Sales and updates to positioning
- Stay ahead of category shifts across identity, fraud, and trust infrastructure
- Own go-to-market strategy for key segments: Financial Services, Marketplaces, and Resellers
- Build complete vertical narratives including buyer, problem, solution, proof points, and differentiation
- Ensure vertical strategies are activated consistently across campaigns, content, and sales motions
- Own GTM for product launches and major releases from positioning through market activation
- Partner with Product to ensure commercial readiness including packaging, pricing input, and sales readiness
- Define success metrics and feed learnings back into future launches and product strategy
Our take
Veriff started when the founder tried to access one of the worlds largest online marketplaces underage. He realised that, with some slight photo editing, he could easily break through their verification process. The company believes that identity is a valuable asset, and delivers real safety, protection and transparency to interactions online.
Veriff combines technical advancements in facial recognition, social ID, device ID and more into a SaaS model, that is easy to use and accessible to companies of all sizes. The service includes features such as real-time identity document verification, automated "Proof of Address" processes, and automated SSN Verification.
Veriff has continued to add to its offerings with new technologies and improvements. The considerable funds raised by the company in 2022 led to its Unicorn valuation and fuelled continued research and development. It enabled Veriff to hire more talent for its team. Partnerships with the likes of SonoSuite, a digital tech provider for the music industry, indicate Veriff's continued expansion of its products into new markets.
