Named Account Executive, Salesforce

• Demonstrated success of quota carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience
• Account Planning Strategies: Create account plans to retain and grow ACV (Actual Contract Value) with existing accounts with a focus on upsell, and cross-sell whilst also ensuring customer utilisation and consumption of existing investment is maximised
• Research and Discovery: Uncover customers’ current processes, business objectives, and strategic goals based on customer discovery, use cases, and value hypotheses
• Solutioning: Identifies compelling value propositions that address customer needs by demonstrating an understanding of technology solutions
• Customer Communication: Interacting with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner using a variety of communication methods (writing, speech, presentation) and tools (whiteboarding, Slack, Google Slides, Zoom)
• Resource Application: Continuously runs toward results using the full capabilities of available resources and tools
• Team Selling: Aligns with the full capacities of the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success
• Direct experience selling into Life Sciences organisations, or in closely adjacent regulated industries such as MedTech or Public Sector Health, who can translate that domain expertise into trusted, consultative relationships with our customers

• We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Healthcare & Life Sciences team, taking ownership of customer strategy and Executive relationships across a select number of Enterprise Life Sciences customers
• These customers will span a broad range of Salesforce maturity: some are already leveraging Salesforce extensively, while others are earlier in their transformation journey and have significant untapped potential
• In this role, you will lead the strategy for your accounts and sell across the full portfolio of Salesforce technology and services
• You’ll be supported by a highly experienced and talented team of specialist sellers, Solution Engineers and plethora of other world-class resources; all working with you to help these customers transform their businesses and become truly Agentic Enterprises
• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
• Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned with customer business objectives
• Lead the end-to-end sales process through the engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc
• Ongoing account research, to formalize a go-to-market territory strategy and create a qualified go to market plan within 30 days
• Share Salesforce evolving value proposition with large strategic customers
• Drive expansion and consumption within an existing assigned account
