- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Proficient in Typescript, Node, Golang, Rust, or similar for 3+ years
- Developed and managed a large-scale production system
- Self-starter and motivated to stay at the forefront of software development/Web3 best practices and actively contribute to evolving our technology stack as we develop new systems and services
- Passionate about Web3 technologies
What the job involves
- Avara is looking for a passionate and driven engineer to join us in developing innovative financial products for the future
- As a key addition to our DeFi fullstack team, you'll take charge of our current web offerings and have the opportunity to shape the development, design, and launch of new products
- Your role will focus on maintaining a seamless and superior user experience across various platforms, including protocol interfaces, governance, documentation portals and more
- Develop comprehensive full-stack services that address essential product and business objectives
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to transform requirements into web3 products
- Engage in all stages of product development, from the initial concept discussions to the product launch
- Ensure the production of high-quality and thoroughly tested code, while also conducting reviews of team members' code contributions
- Complete medium to large features (each with many tasks) independently without guidance
- Proactively identify and drive changes as needed for assigned codebase, product area and/or systems
- Build DeFi UI interfaces and high-performant, secure API infrastructure
