Who you are
- 5+ years of CAM experience, ideally within cybersecurity
- Proven track record of building and growing successful channel programs
- Established network of West Coast partners and relationships to bring into the role
- Consistent history of overachieving quota and driving measurable revenue growth
- Strong organizational, project management, and execution skills

What the job involves
- As a Senior Channel Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of Dashlane's Channel Sales Program. You'll work closely with the Channel Sales team to innovate, evolve, and scale our partnerships.
- Your work will focus on partner recruitment, activation, and management, contributing directly to Dashlane's revenue growth through strategic and resell/referral partnerships
- Build & Scale the Channel Program: Drive awareness of Dashlane through partners by acquiring new customers, growing existing relationships, and shaping our overall channel strategy on the West Coast
- Partner Recruitment & Activation: Identify, recruit, and activate new partners while strengthening relationships with existing ones to expand market reach
- Partner Enablement & Success: Onboard and equip partners with the tools, resources, and training needed to promote Dashlane effectively and close deals
- Revenue Growth: Own partner-led pipeline and revenue targets, ensuring consistent delivery against quota
- Relationships Management: Leverage your existing partner network and establish new connections to accelerate Dashlane’s presence in the cybersecurity ecosystem
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align strategies, share insights, and deliver an exceptional partner experience
- Data & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, ensuring deal registrations, reporting and pipeline visibility are up to date
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current on channel best practices, competitor programs, and industry trends to refine Dashlane’s channel approach

Dashlane is a web and mobile app that simplifies password management for people and businesses. It makes the internet easier by auto filling passwords, payments, and personal information. With 15+ million users from over 25,000 businesses across 200 countries currently using its software, the company continuously scans over 20 billion hack/breach records each day.
The company faces stiff competition from the likes of LastPass, 1Password, and Bitwarden. To stay price competitive in the market, Dashlane launched a reduced plan with the essential features and in 2023, launched the Dashlane Confidential SSO (Single Sign-On), further differentiating itself from its competitors. They also have innovative tools and a user-friendly interface which will help it stand out from the crowd.
