Who you are
- Proven track record in automating security processes and integrating cloud-based security tools
- Demonstrated experience in managing comprehensive vulnerability management programs
- Hands-on experience with AWS security practices and tools
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Go, Ruby, and JavaScript

- Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of working independently with minimal guidance

What the job involves
- EliseAI is looking for a Senior Security Engineer to join our team and help protect our innovative AI solutions
- In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security measures to protect our systems, data, and users
- You will work closely with our engineering and operations teams to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities, automate security processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Execute and enhance a comprehensive vulnerability management program, including identification, assessment, and remediation of security vulnerabilities
- Automate security processes, including asset management, vulnerability management, and patch management, using cloud-based tools and scripting
- Focus on AWS security, ensuring robust protection across all aspects of our cloud infrastructure
- Integrate security tools and processes into AWS, collaborating with engineering and operations teams
- Provide security guidance throughout the development lifecycle, including secure coding practices and vulnerability assessments
- Understand and communicate the risk associated with vulnerabilities to stakeholders across the organization, providing actionable security guidance
- Develop and collect metrics to track the effectiveness of security initiatives
- Work closely with other departments to align security strategies with business goals
- Ensure project plans and security documentation are complete and up to date, providing oversight and direction for security initiatives
- Participate in retrospectives and other activities to continuously improve the security posture of the organization

EliseAI, previously MeetElise, provides AI-powered leasing agent software that aims to solve this problem.
The company deploys machine learning to fill communication gaps between agents and clients, in addition to providing mixed reality solutions for digital property viewings. The startup claims that their software increases conversion rates from traditional leasing methods and tools by more than 65%, responding instantly to 90% of custom inquiries for over 250,000 properties. 60% of the top 50 real estate businesses in the US use EliseAI, whilst 30 million residents and prospective customers have had conversations with the AI.
Estate agents across the globe have developed digital platforms to serve customers digitally. However, EliseAI presents an all-in-one solution that aims to support estate agents and their clients, regardless of whether in-person communication is possible. Funding secured by the company will be used by to propel its growth and prop up its already secured equity capital.
