Company mission
To build wealth for our generation.
Role
Who you are
- A track record leading web, SEO or growth for a consumer digital business, with results you can point to
- Experience managing and developing people, or a strong appetite to step up into it
- Strong SEO knowledge, technical and content, plus a considered point of view on GEO and where search is heading
- Hands-on CRO experience: designing, running and analysing experiments at pace
- Growth marketing instincts, with fluency in funnels, attribution, CAC and LTV
- Experience connecting web to CRM, ideally with Braze or a similar platform
- Comfort with data in GA4, BigQuery, Looker or similar (SQL is a bonus)
- The ability to make a clear case and bring Product, Engineering and Compliance with you
- Experience in fintech, wealth or financial services
Desirable
- Webflow expertise (our site runs on it)
- Experience working within FCA financial promotion rules
What the job involves
- You’ll report to our SVP Marketing and lead a team of two within our AI-first marketing function, working closely with Growth, CRM, Brand, Product, Engineering and Compliance. It’s a senior role that blends leading a small team with plenty of hands-on work, and real ownership of the numbers
- Setting the website strategy and roadmap, and owning the targets behind it: organic traffic, sign-ups and cost per acquired member
- Leading and developing a team of two, setting clear priorities and helping them grow their craft
- Leading SEO and GEO, so Chip ranks in Google and is cited accurately in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude
- Running a continuous conversion programme across landing pages, product pages and sign-up journeys, with a clear test backlog and honest readouts
- Keeping the site fast, accessible and technically sound, from Core Web Vitals and structured data to analytics and tagging
- Building web-powered CRM: data capture, identity and event flows from the site into Braze, so the path from first visit to first deposit is joined up
- Partnering with paid growth on landing pages and attribution, and with Brand to keep every page premium and on message
- Working with Compliance so financial promotions on the site are approved quickly, and shaping a process that keeps pace with a high testing cadence
- Using AI tooling to ship more pages, more tests and better content with a lean team
- ⏰ Working Hours ⏰
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Start your weekend early!)
- Enjoy a structured yet balanced workweek, with an early Friday finish to kickstart your weekend!

Our take
Chips offers a free app designed to make saving as easy as spending. Utilising an AI-driven system, the app calculates how much users could save, provides an option to decline, and automatically transfers the selected amount to the user's Chip account, streamlining the saving process.
Chip's popularity has seen some pretty rapid growth too, with users collectively saving more than £800M through the platform. Recently, the company completed a £6M funding round at a valuation of approximately £208M, backed by Channel 5 Ventures alongside its large base of retail investors. Since launching, Chip has raised around £48M through crowdfunding, with nearly 30% of the business owned by everyday investors.
Alongside its funding success, Chip has continued to refine its platform with automated savings tools, tailored investment portfolios, and educational features designed to make wealth-building more accessible. With this fresh capital and growing brand visibility, the company is most certainly going to be a serious force in the increasingly competitive digital wealth management market.
