What the job involves

The role will be a key supporting role for queries and projects within the Strategic Operations team reporting in to the Senior Product Operations Manager

As a member of the Strategic Operations Team, you'll help us carry out and improve many of the day to day processes that keep things running smoothly
You'll work closely with the rest of the operations team and stakeholders in other teams
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team
Manage the end to end fulfilment process and ensure our customers receive their physical cards
Help develop and maintain relationships with key vendors
Work closely across all departments on projects relating to critical vendors
Helping identify process improvement opportunities to build streamlined and scalable solutions
Prepare and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and performance reports
Create and maintain documentation and knowledge articles to support catalogue services ensuring clear, easily consumable, and user-focused content
