Who you are
- The successful candidate is a hungry, driven sales professional who is comfortable joining a fast-growing team dedicated to expanding the company’s install base
- Experience: (i) 4+ years as a top sales performer; familiarity with the private funds or legal tech spaces ideal, and experience creating opportunities with legal, compliance, transactional and finance stakeholders preferred; OR (ii) paralegal or junior lawyer with familiarity with the private funds space
- Tech stack: High level of proficiency with GSuite, Salesforce, Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Ambition: Entrepreneurial, hunter mindset; maniacal prospector; thrives while networking and finding new customers; actively seeks and implements feedback; naturally resilient
- Intellectually curious: Can learn new concepts quickly and communicate those concepts intelligently and efficiently

What the job involves
- Ontra is seeking a Senior Account Executive, New Sales, reporting into our Managing Director, Global New Sales, to join our rapidly growing company
- The Senior Account Executive will be an essential member of Ontra’s new sales team, and will help drive revenue, acquire new customer logos, and identify expansion opportunities for our industry-leading legal solutions
- This person will be able to ramp quickly by learning our product offering and MEDDICC sales framework and immediately start prospecting into a territory, creating sales opportunities, qualifying leads, pitching prospects, and closing new business
- This is a great opportunity for an ambitious full-cycle seller who is always on the hunt for new business and is ready to adapt to new strategies and initiatives
- Product: Quickly become familiar with Ontra’s range of products and services
- Pipeline management: Effectively generate, own and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting through closing
- Expansion: Drive revenue growth through business development, lead qualification, pitching and closing new customers
- Strategy: Adapt comfortably to new strategic initiatives, working with the team to validate and/or invalidate new product hypotheses
- Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues on the new sales team, solutions engineers and management to consistently produce against goal
