Company mission
To help companies scale up and optimise their customer experiences and logistics operations.
Role
Who you are
- 7+ years leading enterprise SaaS sales - owning complex, multi-stakeholder cycles as an AE (not deal-assist, BDR, or SDR-to-AE)
- C-suite access - executive relationships built before an active buying process
- Long-horizon account discipline - holding a small target list for years and staying useful to accounts that aren’t buying
- Qualification honesty - you call your own deals accurately
- Financial fluency - you build and defend business cases yourself
- Pilot-to-rollout experience - pilots that convert, not ones that buy time
- Executive presence - holds up in a room with a CFO or COO
- AI-native working style - AI tools are part of how you work
Desirable
- Experience selling logistics, supply chain, or delivery technology
- Intimate knowledge of retail and/or last-mile operations
- A track record of reopening accounts that previously chose someone else
- Executive networks built through industry events and peer communities rather than sequences
What the job involves
- We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own a focused set of high-value accounts
- Deals here are won by knowing the account before there is a process - who runs it, what they run today, when their contract ends, and what would have to change for them to move
- Enterprise Account Executives at Bringg interact with all levels of the organization, from Analyst to C-Suite, identify the challenges our customers face, and confidently communicate how Bringg’s platform can help them outperform competitors
- Deals are won at the C-Suite level, anchored in financial outcomes, and are not awarded without investment and research
- That requires the ability for Bringg AEs to quickly act on opportunities when they arise, as well the savviness and patience to identify partnerships that will take longer to develop and nurture
- Customers choose Bringg for our great technology, the differentiated solution we provide, and the trust we earn with them
- That trust starts here
- Build C-suite relationships before there’s a buying process - and be there when the window opens
- Know when each account comes into the market (incumbent, contract expiry, decision unit) and work backwards from those dates
- Keep an honest forecast - engagement and pipeline are two different things
- Work the accounts that already know us: closed-lost, dormant relationships, and people who move between target accounts
- Own your deals end to end, bringing in Solutions, Product, and Finance at the right moment
- Build defensible business cases around revenue impact, cost-to-serve, and margin
- Structure pilots that convert, and hand off to CS cleanly
Our take
Logistics optimisation solutions grew in demand as the delivery and fulfilment industry searched for a vital solution to the last-mile delivery problem. Bringg has developed a cloud-based logistics platform that enables retailers and logistics providers to optimise and innovate their delivery and fulfilment models, saving its customers 20-25% on delivery costs and reducing CO2 emissions.
The company’s platform has brought efficient delivery management to some of the most well-known companies, including Walmart, AutoZone, Coca-Cola, and Panera. Bringg’s acquisition of Zenkraft and strategic partnership with Uber Direct enable the company to power last-mile solutions across a wide range of companies within the delivery industry.
On top of this success, the company is the first (and currently only) last-mile delivery and fulfilment cloud technology market unicorn. The company is focused on expanding through mergers and acquisitions, as well as pursuing more strategic partnerships to further secure its place as the leading provider of delivery and fulfilment last-mile management.
