Who you are
- Have deep knowledge of compensation practices
- Advanced Excel skills, including index+match, vlookup, pivot tables, nested IF statements, charts and visualizations, data cleaning and verification techniques
- Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and openness to changing priorities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks within set deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management experience

What the job involves
- As a Senior Compensation Partner, you will be accountable for providing expert compensation guidance and support to a large business unit within the organisation
- Your role is pivotal in developing and executing compensation strategies that align with the business unit's objectives and contribute to the overall success of the organisation
- You will collaborate closely with HR business partners, finance, and other stakeholders to design and implement effective compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent
- Your ability to influence and collaborate across functions will be essential in driving data-driven decisions and addressing complex compensation challenges
- Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert on compensation matters for your assigned business unit & take ownership of compensation-related initiatives within the business unit, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with overall compensation strategy
- Collaborate with HR business partners, finance, and other stakeholders to understand the business unit's needs and objectives and influence compensation-related decisions
- Utilise compensation analysis and market data to inform and drive compensation strategy decisions within the business unit
- Effectively communicate compensation programs and policies to stakeholders, promoting understanding and buy-in
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in compensation practices and recommend innovative solutions to drive talent attraction and retention
