Role
Who you are
- Proven experience leading Product Management within a SaaS, HealthTech, or automation company
- Strong track record of defining product strategy and driving execution at pace
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable working across clinical, technical, and commercial domains
- Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers or cross-functional product teams
- A mix of strategic vision and hands-on product delivery
- Familiarity with regulated environments or medical device software (nice-to-have but not essential)
Desirable
- Experience in healthcare, NHS digital systems, or clinical workflow technology
- Understanding of automation, AI, or decision support tools
- Background in scaling products from early growth to maturity
What the job involves
- Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals and the CEO’s clinical vision
- Translate business objectives and user needs into clear product outcomes and priorities
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision that motivates cross-functional teams and inspires our customers
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and requirements gathering to delivery, measurement, and iteration
- Work closely with engineering to ensure clarity, feasibility, and delivery excellence
- Partner with Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure new products and features are successfully launched and adopted
- Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and maintain our reputation as a trusted healthcare automation provider
- Manage, mentor, and grow the existing Product Managers, providing coaching and clear development paths
- Define the structure and culture of the Product function, scaling it to meet future growth
- Foster strong collaboration between product, engineering, and other departments
- Work hand in hand with the CEO, leveraging his medical expertise to align product direction with clinical priorities
- Translate complex technical and clinical information into clear communication for non-technical stakeholders
- Represent the product vision internally and externally, including to customers and partners
- Partner with the Data team to leverage analytics and feedback loops for product decisions
- Champion data-driven decision making while balancing innovation and regulatory considerations
