Who you are
- The Ideal candidate will have the technical ability and an appetite for solving problems and continuously delivering and improving software at the highest quality
- P3 Software Application Engineer:
- 5+ years experience with UML, Web application development or SaaS (Software as a Service) technologies
- 5+ years of experience with OO design and development in an object-oriented language such as Java, Python, C#, C++, XO, etc
- 5+ years of experience designing/developing business applications
- 5+ years of experience with design and analysis of software for performance
- P4 Sr Software Application Engineer:
- 8+ years experience with UML, Web application development or SaaS (Software as a Service) technologies
- 8+ years of experience with OO design and development in an object-oriented language such as Java, Python, C#, C++, XO, etc
- 8+ years of experience designing/developing business applications
- 8+ years of experience with design and analysis of software for performance
- Other Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experience
- Must be a collaborative teammate with good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with XML and Integration technologies is a plus
- You feel the key to good object oriented development is strong design patterns
- You believe applications should be usable and configurable

- We operate in an Agile environment, and often have to balance current customers while at the same time building new functionality
- We have fun, are honest when issues arise, and work hard to solve the many challenges faced by our customers
- Collaborate with Product Managers and QA Engineers on functional design and analysis of requirements
- Design and develop a product in a metadata-driven development environment
- Build and maintain robust, efficient and maintainable code using an object-oriented framework and class modeling
- Build and maintain reliable automated tests
- Troubleshoot customer reported issues
- Mentor and learn from other team members through pair programming, code reviews, hackathons, etc
