Who you are
- 10+ years' experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships or business development within digital marketing, media, SaaS or influencer marketing
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding commercial targets through enterprise new business acquisition and strategic account growth
- A consultative relationship builder who earns trust quickly and is comfortable influencing senior stakeholders through insight rather than transactional selling
- Experience leading complex consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive decision-makers
- Exceptional commercial acumen with the ability to translate market trends into compelling business opportunities
- Outstanding presentation, negotiation and executive communication skills
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce and the evolving creator economy
- Comfortable influencing cross-functional teams and collaborating across multiple business functions
- Existing senior relationships across fashion, beauty, luxury and lifestyle brands
- Highly strategic while remaining hands-on and execution focused
- Proactive, entrepreneurial and driven to build new commercial opportunities
- Fluent English language skills; additional European languages are a plus

What the job involves
- Reports to: VP, Brand Partnerships (EU)
- We're looking for a Director, Brand Partnerships to join our growing EU Brand Partnerships team
- This is a senior commercial role responsible for driving enterprise growth across the UK through the acquisition, growth and strategic development of LTK's most valuable brand partnerships
- You'll own the development of high-value relationships with leading fashion, beauty, lifestyle and luxury brands, positioning LTK as a trusted, long-term creator commerce partner
- As one of the UK's most senior commercial leaders, you'll lead consultative sales conversations with executive stakeholders, identifying opportunities to solve complex marketing challenges through LTK's full-funnel creator marketing solutions
- You'll be responsible for building new enterprise relationships while strategically growing a portfolio of LTK Europe’s highest-potential and highest-value brand partners
- Through a consultative approach, you'll develop a healthy pipeline of opportunities, convert new business and expand long-term investment across your accounts
- Working closely with Brand Activation, Creator Success, Campaign Operations and Marketing, you'll own the long-term growth of strategic brand partners, taking over once brands have successfully onboarded and transitioned through their initial activation phase to maximise retention, investment and lifetime value
- This role is ideal for an experienced enterprise seller who thrives on opening new opportunities, influencing senior decision-makers and building meaningful commercial partnerships across every level of a brand's marketing organisation—from executive leadership through to day-to-day marketing teams
- Develop and execute the UK enterprise & mid market business strategy across fashion, beauty, lifestyle and luxury sectors
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of high-value opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking and industry engagement
- Develop relationships across senior marketing organisations, including CMOs, Marketing Directors, Digital, Social, Affiliate and Ecommerce leaders
- Lead complex consultative sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and contract execution
- Position LTK as a strategic creator commerce partner by delivering insight-led, value-based sales conversations
- Consistently exceed ambitious Managed Services and Advertising revenue targets
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic brand partners, identifying opportunities to increase investment across LTK's commercial solutions
- Develop long-term account strategies that deepen relationships and expand LTK's footprint across multiple business units
- Identify opportunities across creator collaborations, paid media, content, licensing, events and emerging commercial products
- Build trusted executive relationships that position LTK as a long-term strategic marketing partner
- Deliver executive business reviews, strategic recommendations and commercial proposals that support long-term partnership growth
- Partner with clients to solve evolving marketing challenges through innovative creator-led solutions
- Partner closely with Brand Activation to ensure a seamless transition of newly activated brands into long-term commercial management
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creator Success, Campaign Operations, Product and Operations to deliver an exceptional partner experience
- Share market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product development, commercial strategy and go-to-market initiatives
- Lead the development of sales playbooks, enterprise outreach strategies and consultative selling best practices
- Identify emerging categories, market trends and whitespace opportunities to expand LTK's enterprise footprint across the UK
- Represent LTK across the UK marketing industry by building executive-level relationships, speaking at key industry events and strengthening LTK's position as the leading creator commerce platform
- Act as a senior commercial leader within the UK Brand Partnerships team, shaping commercial strategy, coach consultative selling and foster a culture of high performance
- Consistently exceed individual sales quotas while contributing to wider UK Business Partnerships objectives
- Use performance data and commercial insights to continuously optimise sales strategy and pipeline health
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and reporting through HubSpot and internal systems
- Build compelling, insight-led presentations and business cases tailored to executive audiences
- Stay ahead of consumer trends, retail innovation and the evolving creator economy to identify new commercial opportunities
