Role
Who you are
- 2–3 years in B2B sales with a real closing track record. You've carried a number and hit it
- Fluent in French and English. Both are used daily, non-negotiable
- You're comfortable selling to people smarter than you about their own job. Dentists are demanding, skeptical, and busy — you'll need substance, not scripts
- You build your own tooling. We expect you to automate your own follow-ups, research, and admin with AI agents. If your reflex when facing a repetitive task is "I'll just do it faster", this isn't the right place
- You like speed and you don't need a manager to tell you what to do on a Tuesday morning
Desirable
- Healthcare, dental, or medtech experience
- Spanish or Italian
- You've been early at a startup and know what initiatives actually feels like
What the job involves
- You own the SMB segment end to end: inbound leads come in from our ads, webinars and product signups, and you take them from first call to signed contract
- No handoffs, no SDR-to-AE ping-pong
- You qualify, you demo, you close, you make sure the practice is live
- Run discovery and product demos with dentists and practice owners (FR and EN)
- Close new business and handle the commercial side of onboarding
- Work our existing base for upsell on new products (voice, implant ID,…)
- Run outbound on target segments when inbound isn't enough
- Own a stand at ADF in November — France’s biggest dental congress, thousands of dentists in four days. This is a major moment for the company and you'll be at the center of it
- Keep HubSpot clean and your own pipeline honest
Application process
- 1. 30-min call with Lionel (CEO)
- 2. Business case + role play
- 3. Final interview with the team
- 4. Reference checks and offer
Our take
With a global shortage of dentists, and growing demand for dental care, it has never been more urgent to find efficiencies in the dental world. Allisone.ai, a startup founded by dentists, offers part of the solution with its dental digital assistant. It utilises computer vision to scan X-rays and provide an analysis instantly, greatly increasing the efficiency of patient care.
The dental sector has been a growing focus for tech startups in recent years, but it is a market that has plenty of room for disruption; thanks to the high level of technology found in the average dental office, and a lack of attention in the past. Allisone's solution has definitely found a market, with over 10,000 dentists in Europe using its platform.
In 2022, Allisone raised funding led by C4 Ventures and Samaipata which has supported its scaling in Europe. The company's acquisition of Spotimplant has added dental implant recognition capabilities to its offerings, a move which brings it a step closer to its ultimate aim to be the leader of AI in dentistry.
