Who you are
- We're looking for an entrepreneurial and experience-driven Senior Product Manager who thrives in complexity and is passionate about innovation and sustainability
- Have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a B2C mobile environment within a complex industry
- Are experienced in driving cross-functional collaborations across international teams and multiple markets

What the job involves
- As a Senior Product Manager, you will be at the core of Tibber’s innovation, leading a cross-functional team and/or initiatives to build groundbreaking products that redefine how people consume energy
- Your work will directly impact our customers, driving engagement, energy efficiency, and ultimately, a more sustainable world
- Own and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of user facing key product initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives and customer needs
- Collaborate with design, engineering, data, and beyond to craft intuitive, scalable, and impactful solutions
- Navigate the complex intersection of technology, regulation, and consumer behaviour in the energy industry
- Leverage automation, and smart integrations to create seamless and intelligent energy experiences
- Define and track key metrics, using data-driven decision-making to continuously refine and improve our products
- Champion a customer-centric approach where best in class user experience is our standard. Ensuring our offerings resonate with users and provide tangible value

Our take
The average household today is in a position to purchase electricity from a range of suppliers, but classically will only buy from one. Tibber supplies an AI for households to purchase energy from a number of suppliers, at the best prices at the best time of day, to reduce their electricity costs, alongside helping them to reduce usage in their homes.
The platform was built as a response to outdated utility management tools. Users access the service via an app, with the AI purchasing electricity automatically at the lowest possible price, as well as alerting customers to consume energy during the cheapest hours of the day.
The Tibber hub for smart homes is able to connect various energy sources, such as solar panels and EV chargers, to enable more intelligent electricity production as well as consumption. The company has seen huge amounts of investment, serves hundreds of thousands of households, and has its sights set on continued expansion across Europe.
