Who you are
- Understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Expertise in resource allocation and management, with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities

What the job involves
- As a PMO Analyst, you will support the Project Management Office (PMO) by providing essential project management support, particularly in resource planning
- Your responsibilities will include tracking project progress, managing resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- You will collaborate closely with project managers and other stakeholders to optimise resource allocation and support successful project delivery
- Reporting To: PMO Lead
- Develop and maintain resource plans, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across projects
- Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines
- Monitor project performance, analysing data to ensure successful completion of short- and long-term goals
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, resource allocation, and any adjustments
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and resource utilisation records
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for projects, ensuring cost-effective resource utilisation
- Identify opportunities for improving resource planning processes and implement best practices
