Role
Who you are
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful depth in GTM hiring (Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, or adjacent)
- Strong sourcing instincts and comfort building top-of-funnel strategy, not just processing inbound
- Trusted advisor mindset with hiring managers, able to influence calibration and drive crisp decisions
- High operational excellence, you run tight processes and keep systems clean without being asked
- Data fluency, you use funnel metrics to diagnose problems and improve outcomes
- Excellent communication and candidate care, you are direct, responsive, and human
- Based in Austin or Palo Alto, and excited to work in a hybrid rhythm with the team
What the job involves
- We are scaling our go-to-market teams across the Americas and looking for a GTM Recruiter who can run full-cycle searches with speed, rigor, and high care for candidate experience
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across the Americas, from intake and sourcing strategy through close
- Partner with hiring managers and GTM leadership to clarify requirements, calibrate profiles quickly, and deliver high-quality slates
- Build role-specific talent maps and top-of-funnel plans, including targeted outreach, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing channels
- Run a consistent, structured process that supports objective evaluation and strong decision-making
- Keep candidates informed and engaged with clear communication, timely feedback, and a thoughtful interview experience
- Use recruiting data to manage pipeline health, time-to-fill, and hiring velocity, and proactively surface risks with a plan
- Collaborate closely with People Ops partners (Comp, People Partners, Ops, Legal, Finance) to deliver a smooth offer and onboarding experience
- Maintain strong ATS hygiene and operational rigor so stakeholders always have accurate, real-time visibility
- Continuously improve how we hire by tightening workflows, interview loops, and sourcing approaches as the business evolves
Our take
DevRev helps developers build better products for customers through a platform that connects them to the revenue their applications generate. Their headless, dev-centric CRM hopes to help developers clock technical issues faster by showing more directly how customers use their products.
When the company emerged from stealth mode in 2021, they were already well backed by considerable funding and a highly experienced leadership team. Collating and usefully displaying customer feedback for developers, especially using AI and machine learning, is a tough nut to crack. So DevRev has been savvy in front-loading talent and investment.
The founders’ previous venture Nutanix saw huge success, reaching Unicorn status before going public in 2016. DevRev and its team reached the same in 2024 off the back of Series A funding. This ambitious startup has already delivered the first iteration of what it hopes will become the largest global developer relations product.
