Role
Who you are
- Minimum of 3 years of client services experience (various levels available, i.e., mid-senior)
- Hands-on experience working within an Ad serving, SPP or other programmatic platforms
- Analytically focused and ability to make key decisions based on data
- Love to develop and foster relationships and enjoy interpersonal interactions
- An ability to manage high volume client requests in an effective way
- Resourceful, diligent, and goal- oriented
- Inquisitive Learner, critical thinker, and looking to apply your analytical skills

What the job involves
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise publisher and platform accounts across ad serving, SSP, DSP, and curation
- Serve as the primary point of contact, owning all strategic and operational communication
- Analyze performance, revenue trends, and technical signals to deliver clear, actionable insights
- Lead onboarding and ensure timely, high-quality activation of new integrations or product features
- Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and forward-looking recommendations
- Identify opportunities to expand usage, drive adoption, and introduce new products or capabilities
- Coordinate with Supply/Demand Sales, Product, TechOps, and Analytics to address issues and unlock new value
- Manage escalations with clarity and urgency, ensuring strong client satisfaction and continuity
- During your first month gain a full understanding of our products and team operations
- After three months you will be a trusted Key Account Manager to our clients and have the responsibility to own an omnichannel account list
- In six months your skills will be sharp and you can handle complex issues easily, with troubleshooting or campaign performance and building great client relationships
Our take
Advertisement has become increasingly complicated in the last decade due to the arrival of smartphones and other mobile devices, and as a result, ad management platforms must be used in order to facilitate omnichannel campaigns. Whilst platforms already exist for ad management, existing solutions generally do not cater to omnichannel advertising, rely on cookies for personalisation, and benefit ad buyers or publishers, but not both.
Equativ provides an ad monetisation platform for both publishers and buyers, helping both parties to optimise the value of their investments across any advertisement channel. In addition to facilitating omnichannel campaign auctions, the company also uses audio recognition to personalise ads based on analysing the real-time interests of its target audiences instead of relying on cookies for information.
Equativ was formed in 2022 through the merger of Smart AdServer, DynAdmic and LiquidM. Although the companies previously worked closely together, the unification of the three organisations is expected to increase Equativ's efficiency and offer a single adtech platform for customers. With a threefold increase in revenue since between 2019 and 2022 and a fully integrated adtech stack, Equativ is clearly poised for further expansion.
